The Bank

BLENDED IDENTITY FOR TWO adjacent BANKS-TURNED-APARTMENTS

SOLUTION:

When our clients first purchased the historic Farm Credit Building (built 1923, highlighted below in gold) in downtown Omaha for apartment conversion, they worked with a local agency to develop a robust and storied brand called The Bank Apartments— celebrating the roaring + irreverent era of bank robbers and misfits.

More than a decade later, they purchased the adjacent Wells Fargo Building (built 1969, highlighted below in green), and hired us to connect both brands in an over-arching identity, merging the existing brand theme with a fresh take on banking. The result is a cohesive space where residents and guests enjoy a life of interest.
